How to compare quotations
Put quotations into the same structure: confirmed model or construction, included components, quantity, drawings, technical assumptions, options, exclusions, packing, delivery term, document list, installation boundary, commissioning and acceptance. A low total cannot be compared with a complete total when one excludes controls, sensors, anchors, packing or site work.
Ask suppliers to identify every provisional item. Unknown site conditions can remain provisional, but they should be visible rather than hidden inside an apparently fixed offer.
Model and document matching
Before order confirmation, match each technical statement to the offered model or drawing. Check whether a report applies to the exact sample and configuration. Confirm that the image, quotation, packing list and product label describe the same item. Do not extend a result from one tested model to another untested model.
Price boundaries
Prices depend on configuration, quantity, drawings, accessories, finish, packing, destination and delivery scope. Door quotations may change with leaf and control interfaces. Fabricated products change with material form, process and tolerance. Installation changes with foundations, access and local responsibilities.
For this reason, the English site presents selection and scope rules rather than unverified “from” prices. A current quotation should carry its issue date, validity and assumptions.
Next step
Choose one product family and send a complete inquiry package. When more than one family is required for the same project, use separate schedules under one project name so door, flagpole, booth and fabricated-work interfaces remain clear.
