Five identities must agree
Compare the website and quotation with the contracting entity, payment beneficiary, invoice or commercial-document issuer, product or packing label and after-sales contact. If different entities participate, the contract should explain their roles. Do not infer responsibility from a logo or email signature.
The visible contact information on this site is a starting point for inquiry. Formal bank, tax, shipping and contractual details should be verified in the signed transaction documents through an independent channel.
Technical document package
Request only documents that apply to the offered item. The package may include a model list, dimensional drawings, installation interfaces, wiring diagram, operating instructions, component schedule, packing list and applicable reports. Check model, sample, scope, date and issuing party before using a report as evidence.
A report for one submitted sample should not be extended to another model without a valid documented basis. Marketing images and translated summaries do not replace the original report.
Define the delivery boundary
| Stage | Questions to close |
|---|---|
| Before production | Approved drawing, model, quantity, interfaces, options and documents |
| Packing | Protection, package size, marking, moisture control and lifting method |
| Transport | Delivery term, destination, customs documents and local charges |
| Arrival | Package count, visible condition, shortage and damage reporting |
| Installation | Local labor, tools, foundations, power, commissioning and supervision |
| After-sales | Fault evidence, response path, parts, remote support and local work |
Pre-shipment and arrival inspection
Agree what can be inspected before dispatch: visible condition, quantity, model labels, principal dimensions, interfaces, included accessories, basic functional checks where practical, document package and packing. Record the accepted method before the inspection occurs.
At arrival, photograph unopened packages, labels and any visible damage before unpacking. Reconcile package and item counts against the packing list. Preserve packing materials and evidence when reporting a transport issue.
After-sales information that shortens diagnosis
Provide the contract or order reference, model and serial or label photographs, controller indication, wiring changes, operating mode, exact fault sequence, site environment and video of the symptom where safe. Separate mechanical resistance, electrical supply, control input and configuration observations.
Remote guidance cannot replace qualified local work where electrical, structural, lifting or public-safety risks are involved. The contract should state which tasks are remote, supplied as parts, or performed locally.
