An entrance system has to fit a real opening. Record the clear opening, overall structural opening, available header or pocket space, door-leaf material, estimated leaf mass, travel, opening direction and surrounding finishes. Then add the operating inputs: pedestrian flow, accessibility needs, sensors, access control, locks, fire alarm signals, manual release and power-loss behavior.

This sequence separates three decisions that are often mixed together: the door layout, the motion system and the control policy. A visually similar door may need a different operator because its leaf, travel, daily use or interface requirements are different.

What an international inquiry should contain

A useful inquiry is more than a product photograph. Include the destination country and city, application, quantity, dimensioned drawings, site photographs, available power, control requirements, expected delivery boundary and required documents. For doors, add the leaf and opening data. For fabricated work, add drawings, tolerances, finish references and installation interfaces.

When a requirement is not yet known, mark it as pending rather than inserting a guessed value. The quotation can then separate confirmed scope, options, exclusions and information still required for final selection.

How technical claims are handled

Load, cycle life, sound level, ingress protection, material grade, certification, warranty and delivery time are not universal brand properties. They belong to a defined model, configuration, test condition and document. This site therefore treats numbers printed in an image as unverified until they are matched to the offered item and supporting file.

Before purchase, request the exact model list, dimensional drawing, wiring or interface sheet, packing list, applicable test report and responsibility matrix. That evidence package is more reliable than a broad claim copied across product pages.
